We look at the actual systems and the actual spreadsheets, and map where every number comes from. This is paid, small, and stands alone.

Written proposal
Stages, fixed prices per stage, a timeline, and the targets we will measure against at the end.

Build in stages
Each stage ships something usable. You can stop after any of them and keep what has been built.

Handover
Code, credentials, definitions and a runbook, plus training for the people who will use it daily.

Monitoring, support and a standing monthly review. Or nothing at all, if you would rather run it yourself.
