This website, azicoanalytics.com, is operated by Azico Private Limited (“Azico”, “we”, “us”), IWF Campus, Survey No. 192, Whitefield Main Road, B Narayanapura, Mahadevapura, Bangalore, Karnataka 560048, India. For the personal data described in this notice, Azico is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

When you contact us using the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company (optional), the topic you select (service, industry or solution) and your message.

When you apply for a role using the careers form: your name, email address, phone number, current employer (optional), the area you wish to join, your years of experience, a profile or portfolio link (optional) and the description of your work.

Technical information sent with a form: the page address you sent it from, the referring page, any campaign parameters in the address (such as utm_source) and your browser’s user-agent string. We do not store your IP address; we store only a one-way, salted hash of it, used to limit repeated or automated submissions.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and this site does not place cookies for tracking.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about.
• To assess your application for employment and contact you about it.
• To keep the forms free of spam and abuse.
• To meet our legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.

We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, and for the legitimate uses permitted by the Act. We do not sell your personal data or use it for marketing without asking you first.

Only with service providers that help us operate this website and respond to you, under contract and only for that purpose:

• Amazon Web Services (hosting of the website, the form service and the database).
• An internal team-messaging service, if we enable notifications of new enquiries (name, company, email, phone and the start of your message).
• Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces used on this site; your browser connects to Google to download them.

We may disclose data where required by law or by an order of a competent authority.

Data is stored on secured servers operated by Amazon Web Services. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and applications for up to 12 months after a decision, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access is limited to the Azico staff who need it, using authenticated administrative access. Form submissions are validated, rate-limited and logged without storing raw IP addresses.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data;
• withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out);
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf; and
• raise a grievance with us, and, if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@azicoanalytics.com from the email address you used. We will respond within 30 days.
